Welcome To Grande Lagoon

The Grande Lagoon Subdivision consists of five separate neighborhoods. They are Grande Lagoon, Grande Lagoon North, Grande Lagoon West, Grande Lagoon Lakes and Grand Lagoon South, all conveniently located only 5 minutes from Naval Air Station Pensacola, 15 minutes from the sugar-white beaches of Perdido Key and Orange Beach and just a short walk to Grande Lagoon (part of the Florida Intracoastal Waterway System) which is only a 5 minute boat ride to Pensacola Pass.

PIER Update:

The community pier is currently closed until further notice because of some safety issues. The Board gathered four repair estimates and, wanting to be good stewards of our resources, we approved the proposal that represents the best overall value to the association.

As most of you know, the pier is one of the things that makes our neighborhood feel special. Also, with our limited amenities, it is key to our property values. It’s where people fish with their kids, watch the sunset, meet neighbors, or just enjoy a quiet moment by the water. It’s a shared space that brings our community together, and we’d love to get it reopened as soon as possible.

Work begins next week (June 1st)!!

The Association had $15,000 set aside for the pier. We have collected $13,487.84 more with a grand total of $28,487.84. We’re asking our GL neighbors to consider pitching in whatever they can. All donations accepted! We only have $1500 left to reach our $30,000 goal.
